At Alabama Wellness Collective, we believe that every Alabamian deserves access to legal, safe, and effective hemp-derived products—without fear, confusion, or government overreach. Our mission has always been rooted in wellness, education, and protecting the freedom to choose natural alternatives.

But today, that freedom is under threat.

As Alabama moves forward with the new law—Bill HB 445, which seeks to restrict and ban popular hemp products—we’ve taken decisive legal action to protect the rights of patients, consumers, and small businesses across the state.
