What We’re Fighting For:

• Access: We believe every adult in Alabama should have access to federally legal hemp products, including full-spectrum extracts, THCA flower, and therapeutic cannabinoids like CBN, CBC, and CBD.

• Clarity: We demand clear, science-based regulations that distinguish hemp from marijuana and allow compliant businesses to operate without fear of criminalization or confusion.

• Fairness: We stand against heavy-handed enforcement, sudden regulatory changes, and policies that favor large corporations while putting small, community-driven businesses at risk.

• Education: We work to educate the public and policymakers alike on the health benefits, economic impact, and legal framework of hemp — correcting misinformation and elevating real stories from across the state.

• Legal Action: We’re coordinating a strategic legal challenge to Alabama’s newly passed HB445, which would ban many safe, non-intoxicating products under the guise of regulation. This lawsuit is being led by experienced legal counsel and backed by business owners who are ready to stand up for their rights.

• Grassroots Mobilization: From store signage and social media campaigns to direct outreach and events, we’re rallying consumers, industry peers, and supporters to take action and speak out.

• Legislative Engagement: We’re building relationships with lawmakers, offering testimony, and participating in policy discussions to shape smarter regulations that work for everyone.
